Tonight's Homework

Good evening parents and students. I do apologize for the late post about homework.  I had issues with my daughter that I needed to take care of. Many of my students got a chance to meet my daughter this afternoon. Anyway, we have started lesson 1 of our unit. My first and second blocks received the homework packet. They are to complete lesson 1. Block 3 (Ms. Kiser homeroom) copied the problems to complete. We had copying issues. They will receive their packet tomorrow. I want to address grades as well. They will be put up in a few minutes. If you do not see your child's grade for the math test from last week, it is because they did not have a passing grade and I would like to give them another opportunity.  They will have a conference with me about the test and then it will be sent home for a parent signature with a sticky note attached. The note states that in order to receive an alternate assignment, the test must be brought back with a signature.  If it is not brought back by interim time, the original grade received will go into the gradebook.
